I LOVE DIM!!!!! I was REALLY SUFFERING before taking it... Night Sweats every night, Hot Flashes Galore, and emotionally... I've been taking DIM for just over a month. Now I only have only occasional Hot Sweats, but I believe they're mostly caused by too much sugar, spicy foods or stress. I take 2 tablets after breakfast and two after dinner (5 or 6 pm), & I haven't had night sweats in a couple of weeks! Also feel much calmer... *sigh of relief

DIM reduces my hot flashes but not by a huge amount. I take it more becuase I know what it does for estrogen metabolism rather than a big effect.
