I use the DIM to keep my "bad" estrogens in check. Good price. I eat a lot of cruciferous veggies, and this product gives me an extra boost.

Great price for a great product

I take these with "Whole World Botanical Royal Maca". Has been recommended for hormonal balancing and works along with the Maca. Iherb's pricing is much better than our health food markets here.

I can't yet say that I like or dislike this product since it takes a while for supplements to work. However, this brand is what my MD recommended and I trust him. I can say that I have had no problems with it and will be buying it again.
