This enzyme does not seem to be powerful as the previous brand I was taking. I prefer something stronger so I will switch back eventually.

Doesn't seem to help with IBS

This seems to make my IBS worse, it might be the protease enzyme or all. I take Kyolic Wakunaga probiotics, 3 small capsules(4.5 billion) and beano enzyme which seems to work for me with my IBS. I also am lactose intolerant now, so I take 1 lactaid before dairy in meals. God bless you all.
