My wife does herpes. According to Dr. Hulda Clark, L-Lysine (with Cayenne Pepper), take these two products halt the development of herpes button. And it works very well!!

Increased my energy level

I read a report for increasing your own HGH thereby increasing your energy levels and it really works. 1 gram each of L-Lysine; Arginine; L-Glutamine; and CDP Choline. I am 60 and since taking this have the energy I used to at 30!! My husband has a very physically demanding job and the first day he felt a difference also.

Don't see any difference in how this product works from one mfg to the next, including the cheap generic brands but this is a higher mg dose. Hubby takes them at the start of a cold sore and he swears it wards them off completely or reduces their painful eruptions.
