Good product, however, it is in pill form, so I break it in half to facilitate digestion. I will purchase these again as these work well for me.

Nice product

As Iron depletes the body from minerals and vitamins it is good to take them without Iron. I recommend this product. Also Iherb's delivery service is very fast : very efficient delivery service. Thanks.
