I am a 57 YO male who usually gets up once or twice a night to go to the bathroom. With 4 of these capsules a day the trips dwindle to none or just once. Great stuff - I would not have believed it if it wasn't true.

Have used this product for several years. Taken with 10 mg zinc is very effective and potent prostrate supplement. Has also helped eliminate high blood pressure symtoms.

I am genetically predisposed to rather high cholesterol, but this has really helped bring my levels into the appropriate range. This plus red yeast rice and panthenol reduced my cholesterol by nearly 100 points, no kidding!!! Now that my levels are just about normal, I have been able to maintain by mostly just using this when I eat anything with cholesterol.

On my second bottle. This has been very effective in reducing my prostate swelling, combined with saw palmetto extract.

Great product, Great price. I noticed considerable improvement in night time visits to the washroom and less frequent toilet visits in the day. Flow is very good. This product is well worth a try. I used it in combination with saw palmetto which seemed to help.
