This product was recommended by Dr Oz and my friend and I have been using it for about three weeks and we are seeing results. Our stomach are getting flatter. We have no negative reactions so far of any kind. We only use it for simple carbohydrates like bread, desserts etc. When we eat our vegetables and fruit, we do not use it as we want the benefit of the nutrients.

This is a wonderful product that tastes great! Also, you can take it only 5 mins before the meal, which makes it easy while you wait.
