I'm very prone to acne and my skin was a mess. i've tried several creams before, which never worked. this cream has worked magic on my scars, new random pimples never leave a mark, and my skin is soft, which makes applying make-up so much easier. Feels like butter! Tingles a lit bit, so nice and moisturizing. Makes your skin feel soft, smooth, supple. After one week of using it day and night, a friend commented on my youthful glow (I'm 49), and asked me if I had had work done!!! It smells deliciously pineapple-y when you first put it on; once it is blended in it smells a bit like rubber tires. A small inconvenience when you consider how down right effective this stuff is! My skin connects with this product well. No adverse reactions. I continue to use it from time to time to counteract the harshness of often used antibacterial hand-wash gels in my workplace. I feel though that this cream is on the 'too greasy' side but the feeling soon dissipates.

Very Thick consistency. Be prepared for a breakout period if you are acne-prone, until your skin adjusts. I've used it for a couple weeks, and starting breaking out tiny blemished all over my cheeks. They are now starting to go away with continued nightly use. I've noticed that my skin is very well hydrated in the morning as a result. Wish there was a warning on the label about an adjusting effects may include break outs.
