the whole chocolate part kinda trips me out, since i have never used a chocolate sublingual type pill, and chocolate before bedtime stirs up memories of caffeine and sugar...... two things you don't want to partake in, especially before trying to get some sleep. these do work...... eases you into your sleep, and have been waking up without grogginess

The pluses: good flavor, easy dissolving, helped me get to sleep. The negative: I don't think this helps me sleep as much as other formulas, specifically liquid formulas. I've had better success with liposomal liquid formulas... they knock me right out, even at lower doses than 2.5 mg.
