The flavor is not strong, and this is a fairly tasty honey. If someone would love to expect a high-quality flavorous honey costing like 20 dollar, I think this is not the right product. However, the taste is not conspicuous (I actually do not like flavorous honey), and I like this honey. It goes quite well with yogurt, ice cream, bread, and pan cakes. Maybe it's a good idea to try with scone and honey with clotted cream with a nice cup of tea (once I tried this combination in Harrods tea room in London). Overall, the cost performance is quite nice, and I recommend this product for everyday meal and perhaps for a small gift to close friends as a small present.

Great gift idea. I also like the Orange Blossom honey by St. Dalfour.
