Anise seed tea is wonderful for little baby's when their stomach is so uncomfortable.

The packaging was punctured on the bag that was shipped with my order and was leaking out into the zip-lock bag that it was shipped in. I emailed the company and they sent a fresh bag right out. Egyptian Anise Seed, Very fresh packed in a resealable foil bag.

Nice in Indian spice tea , ground up in deserts with Stevia, Indian dishes or in a Garam Masala (to be added once you curry is done - anise seed, black pepper, cardamom, bay leaf, hing, clove or your imagination), which you grind up before each session. Spices should be purchased whole which one grinds just before using it (put the leftovers in the freezer, and use up soon!) Never buy ground spices and herbs, as the essential oils have evaporated long ago. (Probably other good things have evaporated as well).
