I really didn't know what to expect with this tea. I had to give up coffee due to hiatial hernia, so turned to tea as alternative. Naturally decaffeinated, gorgeous red color. I make it in a french coffee press so I can make about 8 cups to drink during the day cold or hot. I'll definitely buy again.

Pure and clean taste. Good quality. For a nice cup of naturally sweet herbal tea: boil 400ml water, add a spoon of fennel seeds, cardamom pods, a piece of cinnamon stick, a pinch or two of real vanilla powder, or half a pod. Simmer for 5 minutes turn of the heat and steep for 5-10min. then bring to a boil and add a tbs of Rooibos tea. Steep for another 10 minutes. Ingredients should be all organic, of course.

I bought this to try and relieve the itching that comes from eczema. It seems to be working. I put 2 tablespoons of the loose leaves into a thermos flask. Then pour boiling water into the flask to steep. Then I strain it out with a tea strainer sieve whenever I want a drink. I pour out half a cup and then dilute with filtered water. It tastes lovely! If it really helps to stop the itching forever I'd be very grateful!
