Not good for baking, but gives a sweet taste to fruitsalads or whatever you use it for.

It has an ok taste. Like the container it comes in. As it more portable. Open and squeeze. No glass bottle or eyes dropper to deal with. Other vanilla stevias are better.

Not so strong flavor so you need more that other brands. Also don't know how healthy it is as it always gives me a head ache!
