Colostrum is great when taken before a workout.. lost 12 pounds and added an 3 inches around the biceps.

I started taking this because I read it can help with Interstitial Cystitis. Not only has it helped me with it, I can't believe how well it boosts my immune system. I have always been susceptible to colds and with two small children in daycare, I am exposed to them all the time. Since taking this I have not gotten sick. Whenever I feel that tickle in the back of my throat, I load up on this and I never develop the sickness. I am so happy to have found this supplement.

I have Fibromyalgia hence my immune system its really down...alway sick and no energy at all. 2month ago I had a major surgery and I was really afraid for the "after the op" Well, to my and my surgeon surprise I did recover much quicker than it was expected. This is a supplement that I wil never cease to have and I'm reccomending to every one and to all my friends on the Fibromyalgia Groups..its the best

I was introduced to Colostrum when I was in Canada in July 1999. I read newspaper articles about it and decided it would be good for me. I have taken the capsules every day without fail and at 86 years of age I am either lucky or my wonderful state of health is due to Colostrum.
