Having been through the expanding range of glucosamine products for twenty years, this is the most effective of all of them in my experience. I recommend Trace Minerals Research enthusiastically to friends, even those who have not had good results with other such products. And, having just discovered iHerb.com as a fairly priced source for this product, I was delighted with the very efficient processing and prompt delivery. Thanks!

My husband is taking this for osteoarthritis in his fingers and thumb. After two weeks the swelling is down and the pain has lessened.
