I started taking calcium supplements 5 years ago when I started on a drug for a chronic condition, which depleted me of certain vitamins and minerals. Knowing that calcium needs magnesium and D in order to be used efficiently by the body, I wanted to find one pill that had it all. And this is it. Of course vitamin C is also important in supporting calcium absorption, and I take that with it, as well, but you won't find a calcium supplement with vitamin c and magnesium and D in a size you can swallow! The best news is, I increased my bone density, and without taking one of the osteoporosis drugs. I take 2000 mgs of calcium/day (4 tablets) and I'm 54 years old.

My doctor wanted me on Calcium, but it tended to produce some undesirable results in the evacuation department! So she suggested Calcium with Vitamin D and Magnesium. Once I started with Twinlabs Calcuim tabs, the problem is solved!

Nice high mineral content with enough vitamin D to assist with better absorption. Amazing price..thanks again, iHerb :o)

I am well pleased with my recent purchase of cal/mag/vit D. The proportions of each are exactly what I was looking for. Some products I've seen would require one to take 4-6 tabs daily in order to get the right amount of cal/mag/vit D, with your product I can take two daily. That's a plus for me!
