It was suggested by the dermatologist, along with other suggestions, that I take this supplement for hair care. I have been taking it for about 4 months. I usually get the product from Now Foods, but Now Foods was not available, so I ordered Twinlab instead. I have used Twinlab products and I am satisfied with them also.
