I use a 16 oz. mug - to 8 oz. water add packet and dissolve then add 8 oz. cranberry juice. This enhances and sweetens the flavor of the CJ. By drinking UP twice a day I no longer get muscle cramps at night because my body minerals are now balanced.

Went out on a 90 degree day and played 9 holes of golf and that was after a full day of work. Then I went home and did an hours worth of chores and I still felt great, NATURALLY. No sugar rush, no sugar high, no sugar drop...

I travel a lot for work, often times to high altitude and or desert locations. This keeps me hydrated and feeling great. I also use it during my exercise routines.
