This brand of Xylitol gum is one of the only two gums I've seen online that are sourced from 100% American Birchwood (the other being B-Fresh gum, also a great brand, but includes calcium as an ingredient). Since Xylitol is a natural laxative, chewing Xylitol gum may sometimes cause indigestion and bloating in the stomach. This brand has none of those problems. Cheaper brands, like Spry and Xyloburst, harvest their Xylitol from GMO-sourced corn based in China, and are therefore much more likely to cause stomach upset. The taste lasts a good 5-10 minutes, for each piece of gum. The mint flavor lasts longer than the sweetness, since the Xylitol dissolves quickly in your mouth. This is a good thing, as you can feel it actively cleaning your teeth. It is a little pricey, but I don't buy this gum for enjoyment. I consider it more like a dental investment, except instead of using mouthwash, I'm just chewing a tasty piece of gum. iHerb is the only place where you can find XyliChew, btw. It is one of the sole reasons why I am a customer here :)

Love chewing this gum to rebalance the pH of my mouth throughout the day. It's important for everyone to do this because the bacteria in the mouth are acid forming and thus very bad for teeth enamel and gums. This gum also freshens the breath. Each gum stays flavorful for about 10 minutes of chewing, which is nice.

Taste goes away way too fast. Price was way too much. I was hoping something better for such price. I haven't seen good Xylitol gum here on iHerb, and this is no exception.

The natural spearmint flavors linger forever. It's real birch sweetener, not the gross stuff made from corn in China that 99% of all the other "xylitol" gums are made from (and don't want you to know about).
If you have to chew that's your best most natural option

I was looking for a healthier alternative for gum and I'm very happy with Xylichew. The taste is great and pretty long lasting, soft, easy to chew texture and you might even be able to blow up some mini bubbles :-)
