Difficult to Make

This is much more difficult to make than other powdered cultures I've bought. It always turns out overly runny and with a very sharp taste. I've found it works best when mixed with an existing yoghurt culture.

ok, but stong flavor

It works, but if you let the yoghurt brew for too long (12+ hours) I find the yoghurt flavor to be too sour and owerwhelming. I think the taste gets better with use of regular yoghurt as a starter
