Love the taste of this product. I don't care for an overly sweet taste and this one is just right. It also curbs my hunger for hours.

I have to flavor this drink myself, I get to add fruits and stevia. It seems to lighten me up a little, especially whenever I stick to it. I hope it's has all those ingredients it claims.
