Excellent organic whole grain oat flour.

This organic whole grain oat flour is really delicious, great for baking, gluten free, which means that it's suitable for people suffering from gluten sensitivity and celiac disease, and healthy: it's an excellent source of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, as well as a great alternative to wheat flour. I make cookies, pancakes, and muffins with it, and they taste so much better. My family loves them. So glad I discovered it on iHerb. It's an excellent choice, if you care about your health.

Just used it with rolled oats and dried cherries and brown sugar to make chewy oatmeal cookies. Mmmmmm..... (Just remember to soak the dried cherries in water first.)

This makes excellent breading,pancakes,and rolls. Makes almost anything better than useing white flour and healthy for you too. Try to beat that!

This has replaced wheat flour...it is light and very healthy.

My 10 and a half month old baby really likes this! I make a big bowl the night before and give it to him the first thing in the morning. I mix it with mashed avocado, mashed banana and steamed cod for a healthy meal!

Bought this flour to cook porridge for my 5 and half month old as his first cereal. so far i am very satisfied with th quality and my son loves his cereal. what i love is the fact that it is high in fiber and so my son doesnt get consipated. would definately recommend it to mothers who want to start their kids on a healthy cereal.

I like the fact that this flour is organic. It does a good job in baking. I often use it in combination with other flours.
