I like these organic apple chips. They taste good. They are crispy, are 100% organic and have no added sugar, preservatives or artificial colors or flavors. Since I am on a gluten-free diet it is important to me that I can enjoy this gluten free item. Also the bag is a nice single serving size and it has only 43 calories. The bag is a handy size to pack in lunches or carry in a purse or bag. They have a hint of cinnamon; just enough, not too much. Bare Fruit, Cinnamon Apple Chips make a great snack. They're very filling and are baked, not fried. I have no real complaints about the product per se, but about the size and price: 2.6 oz is too small and I would prefer that iherb sell the 14 oz size instead.
