good source of fiber

I use this product for fiber and coconut oil when I mix a mini meal drink.

Contains about the same amount of total carbs as all-purpose flour, but 60% of these carbs are fiber!

Works great to substitute flour. I used it to make muffins and they turned out wonderfully, not too much coconuty flovor either.

I use this as a substitute for part of wheat flour, as it has much more fiber and is gluten free. Barb
Bit Tricky but Worth It!

Has a great flavor and you use surprisingly little in bked goods as it absorbs sooo much liquids- hard to find recipes using it but I made some Coconut Bread last night that is deeelicious and made coconut pancakes last weekend!
Versitile, tastes wonderful

it was very good product, just still have not mastered makeing gluten free bread, will keep trying
