The Aluminum Free Baking Soda is a great product! A half teaspoon, 1 to 4 times a day in a glass of water or with fresh apple juice makes your body alkaline. If you have health issues up to 2 teaspoons/day is recommended. Can´t be without it!! M *

All purpose for internal and external use

Change your PH value, change your life. Use small amounts as a face and body scrub: no more acne or rashes; use very small amount as tooth powder. Use 1/2 teaspoon to make a shampoo rinse. No more gunk in hair or scalp acne. I used to "burn" through leather watch bands regularly; obviously my skin was too acidic. I can hardly wait to see, now that I drink 1/4 teaspoon of sodium bicabonate in water every other day, what change there will be in my skin's acidity from now on. I've also ordered litmus paper from iHerb to test my acidity or alkalinity. Best wishes on your experiment, Ernest in NYC

I can't get aluminum free baking soda in Holland, so I was glad to get a big bag of this, as I do a lot of baking.

Many ways of using soda

Soda is suitable not only for baking. It's suitable for beauty and health as well. You can mix a spoon of soda with some water until you get a thick paste. Use it as a face scrub to remove blackheads and to avoid pimples once a week. Sensitive skin owners shouldn't try this method. You can use same paste on a toothbrush to brush and whiten your teeth as well. To maintain optimal alkaline level in organism use 1/2 teaspoon of soda dissolved in a glass of water everyday 1 hour after meal. 1 glass of soda dissolved in a bath can soothe sunburned skin. Use soda for your armpits instead of deodorant. Strew some soda inside your shoes and bad smell will disappear. Wash vegetables and fruits with soda/water mix and all nasties will be gone. I'm so glad I found healthy soda!
