Omega-3 Fatty Acids are powerful antioxidants, and also happen to be crucial to skin hydration. When the body is well hydrated from water, the fatty acids then provide the impenetrable wall that holds water in the cell. Fatty acids also protect skin cells from environmental toxins. A deficiency of Omega-3s causes the body to produce depleted sebum (skin oil), which irritates the skin. Skin reactions may be dry flakiness or inflammation in the form of white and blackheads, breakouts, severe acne, psoriasis or eczema. This fish oil is very rich in omega-3 fats, which help keep your cell membranes healthy, helping to keep out toxins and waste while allowing nutrients in. A healthy cell membrane also helps maintain moisture, which leads to plumper, more youthful looking skin. This is a fat that actually helps you burn fat. Omega 3s increase mitochondrial activity in the cells, essentially turning up the heat. The result is increased fat burning. In addition, omega 3s are an anti-inflammatory which suppresses fat storage. Want a FREE SAMPLE as well? It's here: http://bit.ly/10EjKGm

Compared with regular fish oil, calamari oil (Product: JRW-16018) has a DHA/EPA ratio that is closer to the ideal 3 to 1. Pick up a FREE SAMPLE at http://bit.ly/19NSH0i

If you love FREE samples, you can get one here: http://goo.gl/fa0nD . A typical 1,000 mg fish oil soft gel contains about 180 mg EPA and 120 DHA, 300 mg in total. But Carlson Lab's Super Omega-3 doubles that amount to 600 mg. A high-quality fish oil supplement boosts mood and brain function, prevents heart disease, improves skin health, and can even help lower high blood pressure by making your blood flow more easily. For omega-3s with a higher DHA/EPA ratio (3 to 1 is the ideal ratio), I strongly recommend calamari oil (Product: JRW-16018 or CAR-01802).

Grab a FREE SAMPLE here: ~~~http://goo.gl/fa0nD ~~~. DHA and EPA are so critical to human health (particularly to your cardiovascular and nervous systems as well as skin beauty and longevity) that I am convinced that high quality fish oil should be a regular part of most people's diets. Carlson bottles their premium fish oil in a way that ensures maximum freshness and nutritional potency. Their fish oil is regularly tested for potency and purity by an independent, FDA-registered laboratory and found to be free of detectable levels of mercury, cadmium, lead, PCB's and 28 other contaminants. Please click my username in blue for what I have bought and my reviews on them. A better alternative to fish oil is calamari oil (~~~http://bit.ly/12PBgM0 ~~~), an eco-friendly and highly sustainable source of omega-3's, EPA and more importantly DHA.
