Very good! These flakes are just the right size to bring out a great experience eating them. Flakes are much much better than powder, wince the powder disappears into your dish. You can even eat the flakes out of the jar as a min snack. Highly recommended.

I like Dulse and this is an easy way to add it to a bowl of soup, sprinkle on salads and stir fry. Not too salty.

These are such an easy way to add sea veg to your diet, I always sprinkle them into stir-fries and rice, but I'm sure they could be added to just about anything! They have a kind of strange tea smell, not a bad thing.
