There is just so much information out there about resveratrol it is hard to get through it all. I have tried several different brands and this one seems like a keeper. However there are different sources for this compound and some brands combine other beneficiul ingredients with theirs so it is not like comparing apples to apples as they say. I think that there is a lot more to be learned about this and who is to say what the optimum dosage is. This to me seems like a good starting point though.
