Эта мука белая и мелкая. Она отличается от муки now foods, та более крупная и орехи смолоты вместе с коричневыми пленочками. Обе муки хорошего качества, просто нужно учесть, что они предназначены для разных рецептов. Это - именно мука! Не молотый миндаль. This flour white and small. It differs from now foods flour, that larger and nuts are ground together with brown films. Both flours of high quality, it is just necessary to consider that they are intended for different recipes. It is a flour! Not ground almonds.

Also it's a bit lower in fat than other almond flours.

I've had finer almond flour, but this is quite a bit cheaper than my usual on-line source and it baked up just fine when I used it in one of my almond bread recipes.

This is by far the best almond flour I have found! Smooth, light texture, great in all kinds of recipes. I just wish it came in a much larger size!

I use this to make sugarfree marsipan: 3 eggwhites blended with flavored stevia add the whole package of almond flour. Blend well and mould into shape by using f.ex. silicone ice-cube tray (Ikea). Keep in freezer until the same day you serve it. As frozen, you may cover them easily with melted choclate.
