Tried Gaia Herbs Quick Defense recently with great results. Did use for two days (40 caps) to resolve onset of particularly strong viral symptoms (cold/flu-like). Felt fine on 3rd day. Have use Gaia Herbs echinacea and echinacea/goldenseal liquid caps in the past to head off early onset virus symptoms. Quick Defense was more effective and dosing was precise and easy. Will keep on hand. Sue, healthcare worker for 30 years.

My staple meds whenever I travel, take immediately upon feeling onset of symptoms and often never develops into anything more. Works great all the time for fever, flu, coughs, heatiness...love it!
