I take tea capsules to control my Leukemia, of which I've had for 10 years. It keeps my white cell blood count down and it has stabilized the count for the past 4 years.

Anti-oxidants and caffeine

I like taking this tea for anti-oxidants and caffeine. It helps to replace coffee or other caffeine drinks. I rated it 4 stars because of the fillers - stearic acid, silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate.
