If you love FREE samples, you can get one here: http://goo.gl/fa0nD . Unlike other brands, this brand is WHOLEFOOD, RAW with probiotics and enzymes in it. As vitamin D is fat soluble, for better absorption please take it with fat such as HIGH DHA calamari oil (Product: JRW-16018).

I take 8,000 IUs of this product a day (a little less when I spend a decent amount of time outside). Dr. Mercola recommends that much. It works great! By the way, as long as soy is fermented, it is not bad for you. In fact, fermented soy is very good for you! If you want to save on your purchase, check out my username to save on your purchase.
