I believe taking this daily for one year at 4 softgels a day.... my skin is firmer and less droopy than most woman my age ( mid 50's) and way past menopause. This product is not something temporary. It works internally to help keep aging skin firm and supple. I would not be without it!

Three-quarters of the way through the jar, I discovered I am probably allergic to this product (bloating); also saw no improvement in that time period.
