This is what I said about the Hot Sicilian, but it is true for this sauce, too: I thought I must have lost my mind to do this, but this stuff is great. It is the perfect sauce. It doesn't overwhelm, it enhances, it lifts up plain ole spaghetti to something special. The tomatoes are naturally flavorful, it is not bitter, too sweet, too thin. It is just plain ole perfect. The heat in it could be enjoyed by those that don't prefer spicy, it is not overwhelming.

Selected this based on its nutritional matrix accompanied by an excellent taste and texture. Easy to work with and to augment for a wide variety of dishes
