I used this spray as a light fragrance to spray in my hair. It also is very subtle and clean smelling enough to use to lightly freshen a room. The bottle is small enough to carry into a public restroom (you get the picture). The scent is just right - not overpowering. I use this to spritz on my pillows and I believe the smell helps enhance calmness and sleep. It's also a spray to just freshen up a room or even your clothes.
