The oil can be applied to the skin for transdermal absorption. It can be applied to the skin, say the inner wrists, and then inhaled through the nose to maximize its use.

Most people can fulfil the majority of their needs with just 10: chamomile, clove, eucalyptus, geranium, lavender, lemon, peppermint, rosemary, tea tree and thyme. French lavender oil is my favorite. It's the most versatile oil I've ever encountered. Simply inhale lavender essential oil and you’ll immediately feel its calming effects on your brain.
