I used this spray as a light fragrance to spray in my hair. It also is very subtle and clean smelling enough to use to lightly freshen a room. The bottle is small enough to carry into a public restroom (you get the picture). The scent is just right - not overpowering. I use this to spritz on my pillows and I believe the smell helps enhance calmness and sleep. It's also a spray to just freshen up a room or even your clothes. This is nice for spritzing face after cleansing,etc. I like it for that, I am sure there are other uses but have not spent too much time considering possibilities since I just bought it for first time... Love the price... Because it is probably mostly water you can use it to spritz pillows etc. without feeling like you are wallowing in perfume...

I used it as a refreshing mist for my face. It's good but not the best. But you can't resist the price.
