Dr. Bert Berkson recommends this ALA over others as he feels you get the most absorbable form of ALA. Remember to take with a good quality Vit B complex like Metabolic Maintenance B Complex.

Purchased at iHerb

I tried other brands to see the difference and found that Dr. Berkson was correct in recommending this brand. It is expensive, but worth it if you are wanting to get and stay well.
