Love Silken Tofu

I have been purchasing Mori- Silken Tofu for at least a year. I am very satisfied with the quality of this silken tofu. Both the soft and firm are very creamy. The price is great.

I use Extra Firm and had to take Firm since Extra Firm was out of stock. It does not work in my recipe but I am managing by making a double batch and combining the Firm and the Extra Firm.

i find the tofu softer than i expected,i expected it to be a bigger piece too, but it absorbes very good the marinade i put it in what made it also taste better than i expected
