살빠지고 이런건 잘 모르겠는데, 운동하기 한시간 전에 먹으니까 뭔가 좀 더 힘이 나는 느낌이 있어요. 몸에 좋은거 먹는 동안에는 스스로 음식을 자제하게 되는 심리적인 요인이 큰 것 같아요.

Acai berry is well known for dieters - for reducing fat?, but also it is famous for antioxidant. i eat this in regular basis for 'just feeling better'. lot of supplements won't show magic result, but they do work in slow manner. i believe that, so i take supplements. i heard all diet pill has side effect but i couldn't find any. I'm not sure this product make my eight light but my weight isnt going up even if i eat everything which i want. I am satisfied.
