Good stuff, Thisilyn is better, Country Life Milk Thistle extract is better also, but Siliphos is best (Thorne Research).

The only reason I give it 4 stars is that I found the Liver Detoxifier & Regenerator which gives me a little bit of extra stuff. However, for as long as I used this product, I felt that it did do the job. Thank you!
