This is my first bottle and still have about half yet to take. I'm not noticing any difference in body fat or muscle. I'll continue to take this bottle and the other bottle I bought. If no change that will be it for me with this product.

This brand is not for me, I think it makes my head feel funny. I'll go back to the other brand I used which isn't as high in mg. Can't say for sure this is causing my head pain but it seems to have lessened since I stopped
