The dose is probably too high for me as I get itchy skin after taking it. Don't want to give this product a bad wrap as many people can take this dose with no problems. Just a caution that that can be a side effect from high dosing vit a.

For all of us who can't convert beta carotens into vitamin A. Diabetics are said to need vitamin A already converted. Natural vitamin A from fish liver oil is the only choice. Helps with asthma when combined with zink (food based) and helps with crohn's disease.

Really pure and it really works best when taken with Vitamin D and Omega 3 oil.

Vitamin A is one of those nutrients that we need in tiny doses every day. I bought this brand because it was a top favorite. Seems fine to me.
