For all of us who can't convert beta carotens into vitamin A. Diabetics are said to need vitamin A already converted. Natural vitamin A from fish liver oil is the only choice. Helps with asthma when combined with zink (food based) and helps with crohn's disease.

A high quality natural product, reasonably priced.
makes me itch

The dose is probably too high for me as I get itchy skin after taking it. Don't want to give this product a bad wrap as many people can take this dose with no problems. Just a caution that that can be a side effect from high dosing vit a.
Easy to swallow

Vitamin A is one of those nutrients that we need in tiny doses every day. I bought this brand because it was a top favorite. Seems fine to me.

Really pure and it really works best when taken with Vitamin D and Omega 3 oil.
