I have taken this product for years!!! Helps keeps food digesting properly, helps my belly stay flat, and helps to keep me regular. Take 1 in the afternoon with lunch, and one in the evening with dinner.

I cannot take liquid Apple Cider Venigar due to taste. Capsules form is great for my situation.
