I absolutely LOVE this product. It tastes similar to brown sugar, with a hint of caramel flavour to it. This is a GREAT substitute to sugar - and tastes even better. Highly recommended!

This is an amazing form of sugar with almost a caramel flavor. I would think it would be good for candy-making, but haven't tried it yet.
