Didn't have any problems with other brand Maca. This one gave me stomach pain and cramps when used it for the first time. Haven't used after that. Have to try again with smaller dose.

maybe very healthy, but I didnt like the taste! Maca is probably best in pills!

When I opened the bag and smelled this stuff, I have to say I didn't think I'd be able to stomach it. However, when mixed into shakes and blended with other ingredients it becomes quite easy to eat. Not sure if it gives me more energy as I already have a lot of energy anyway.

Have tried this product for energy in my smoothies. Seems to help but no real difinitive difference.
