Hands down this is the best multi in the marketplace. It's becoming clear that megadoses of certain concentrated vitamins or minerals (but not all) may be too much for the body to assimilate at once. New Chapter uses sensible amounts of nutrients pre-digested by probiotics - each of which results in enriched foods (along with the probiotic) - and therefore not just isolated nutrients. Having said that, the additional herb and food blends are woefully measly amounts which appear to contribute to a lot of fluff and extra cost to the consumer. I'd also like to see them increase their folate (not folic acid which is potentially harmful) and add choline which is an essential nutrient - in IOM recommended amounts. It's been surveyed that people don't get enough choline through diet, and virtually all supplements have little or none of it.

This is a great product. They have a strong smell but not in a horrible way. I feel much better now that I'm on it, my skin seems better, my eyes aren't as tired either! great!

It seems do be doing the trick. I feel good, I use the bathroom regularly because of the probiotic. It's a good product. I feel confident that I'm having organic nutrition, that gives me peace of mind. Though, would be nice to have more vitamin D, and at least the daily supply of calcium...
