I always use this, along with a peppermint capsule, for indigestion, not acid reflux or anything like that, but when my digestive system is just out of sorts. It works great. For nausea, just one ginger capsule gets rid of acid and nausea very quickly.

I was told it will help me better to digest the food and lose weight. I already finish one bottle and I haven't see a big difference but is really helping me to digest the food better. At least I can go to the bathroom almost every day and before it was only every 2 or three day.
