This product has helped me immensely. I work out at the Y 4 times a week and was having lots of knee and back pain. This has reduced it.

Haven't used it long enough to know. We use a lot of Now products and have always been very happy that i am sure this will be great too!

This product hasn't helped with my arthritis pain in my hips like I thought it would. I'll stick with it for a few more weeks in hopes that it does. All the reviews on it have been good so time will tell.
