I take L-Arginine to increase heart function post MI. The alleged male sexual performance side-effects are for real. I am 60 years old.

although the pills are kinda large , and the amounts per day are larger , this stuff really boosts the nitrous oxide subsystems of the circulatory system -- whether for fun , as a viagra substitute , or for diseases that cause poor circulation to the extremities -- i like to take one tab a day unless i know that i will be having fun , and then i take all 3 -- my friend with renaulds says that it keeps circulation in her fingertips amd is a miracle !!

Used this product for a couple of months than quit, noticed a difference in the mount of energy that I had through out the day. Started taking it again and the energy is back.

I use L-Arginine for tendon health especially for my hands. As a chiropractor, I need my hands to be healthy and free of pain and this does the trick. I've also found it helpful for trigger finger.

I needed other hormonal help along with this to sustain the effect but after taking it alone for several weeks, I did feel like I had a bit more of a libido. I've got lots of other things going on health wise, so there's no telling how it would help someone who just needs a bit of a boost.
